I think hes approaching late 1st here. Definitely early 2nd.

Definitely late 1st potentially a mid 1st. He's producing extremely well and there is no reason to believe Freeman is taking touches away from him this season or next. Both are rookies and Lindsay is soundly outperforming him.

Why trade away a proven young productive player for a pick where your just hoping of nabbing another young productive player. Wouldn't move him for anything less than a top 6 pick whats the point otherwise?

Exactly. Why trade a young rb who can catch, run, and gets at least some goal line for a draft pick that might get you that? I would only trade him for another young player or wait until draft time next year to see the specific pick/prospect you would replace him with. I love turning a profit, but sometimes we envision drafting a player that plans out, only to want a shinier toy.

Definitely not for less than a 1st. As a Broncos fan, I can tell you that he is going to be the guy for the years to come, he is better than Freeman in every way and once Joseph finally gets fired, next season Lindsay will only be even better.
