My team looked fantastic on paper but is now under preforming....

I would not do anything with that team but stay put. Should be great as the years move along

I'd try to get a better QB for the here and now, sacrificing a Moncrief or OJ Howard.
I wouldn't worry too much though.

Just reiterating, stay the course, maybe try to trade your 2nd for Rivers type. 3rd in PF is a better indicator than the record.

It's a great team. Could use a true QB1 though. I'd try to move Howard or WR depth plus Winston for a guy like Wentz or even Brees could be traded for Winston to the right owner

No need to do anything rash. 3-3, you're still comfortably in the playoff race. If you're 3rd in PF, it sounds like you've had some unlucky matchups, not like your team is underperforming. Just stay the course.
