Offer for Bell?

Is this too high, just right, too low?
14 team 3 player keeper.

He gives Bell

He is looking like he might go 0-3 come this next week.

how would trading away bell appeal to him? wouldnt he want to hold bell as one of his 3 keepers for next year? also keeper leagues suck

Start with Coleman and Golladay. It looks as if you don't need to start a TE in your league, which makes them virtually worthless.
