Fitzmagic for Lamar Jackson?

Hey everyone, in a start 1 QB league with standard scoring and 4 pt passing touchdowns, is it worth it to trade away Fitzpatrick for Lamar Jackson? Don’t necessarily need Fitz, but is it worth it to trade the current magic man for a guy who will sit on my bench for a a year or two, in a start 1 QB league? This is for team below. Anyone think Lamar Jackson is worth a hold on the bench for a while?

Yeah, I would for sure. The Fitz show can be fun, but doesn’t last. We know what he is At this stage and he will fade soon, even if he holds off Jameis for a bit. Lamar is worth it for upside alone.

I would absolutely do that trade if I could. Fitz is hot right now, but he's played great before then quickly fizzled out, it's going to happen again. Lamar could be a fantasy monster if you are willing to wait. There are a lot of obvious and legitimate questions how about how good he will be, and I honestly don't know if he'll be any good. What I do know is if he IS a good NFL QB then he will be an absolutely amazing fantasy QB, and that massive ceiling has me buying everywhere I can get him at a reasonable price. Fitz is a good deal less than I'm willing to pay for him to begin with so I would do it without question.

I would definitely do it, Fitz isn't going to be this good but all of 1 season and then go back to normal Fitz lol

Thanks boys, trade accepted. It’s just that I see these whopping 40 burgers that the Fitz is putting up, and it’s hard to trade that for a 0 point player now. But the Fitz has moved on.
