12 team league standard scoring with WR's and a flex. I am on year two of a rebuild. I should be able to win some games this season but won't be able to contend. I need to drop two of the following players to pick up a kicker.

Chad Williams
Cameron Meredith
Terrell Pryor
D. Moncrief
Dede Westbrook
Hayden Hurst

Right now Im leaning towards trading Pryor for a future 3rd (offer on table) and dropping Chad Williams or Hayden Hurst. Worth noting that I picked up Hurst off the waiver wire. Id like to see if any of my receivers produce Week 1 and I think Hurst will go unnoticed the first week as he won't be playing so I may be able to pick him up later.

Move Pryor for a 3rd quickly and then drop Moncrief.

I'd pull the trigger on a 3rd for Pryor given this situation. What's the waiver wire like for TEs? If Hurst was out there before, maybe he'll stick around on waivers while you wait and see if Williams sticks as the Cardinals' #2. Otherwise, I might see if anyone out there will give a pick for Moncrief.

Made the move for Pryor. Waiver is thin for TE but ASJ is out there as well as Jared Cook. Knowing my league I think Hurst will stay on the wire as everyone will overlook him for the "hot" week one pickup. Thinking I drop Hurst and see how it shakes out.

Moving prior was a good move. Drop Hurst, sounds like you're familiar with you league mates.
