Probably will have to give up someone like Fitz, Goodwin, or A. Jones

Don't give Fitz. That's buying Njoku way to high since there's a lot of mouths to feed in CLE. Goodwin and Jones maybe, but I'd want a little (late 3rd) back.

As an Njoku owner I wouldn't trade him for any of that. Sure there's a lot competition for targets right now, but Njoku has all the makings of a top level TE, and both Tyrod and Mayfield have a history of relying on their TEs. Njoku was up and down as a rookie as most are, TEs especially, but showed what he was capable of becoming at the pro level. He was pretty widely considered (and drafted) as a late 1st round pick in last years rookie drafts, and there's been nothing to decrease his value since.

Jones has potential to be worth it, but between the suspension and the uncertainty that he'll get the primary work in GB I'm not comfortable with potentially giving away Njoku for nothing. I think Fitz is in line with his value, but only if the Njoku owner is a contender with a solid TE ahead of Njoku and a need for a WR or flex option. The other two close options are Collins and Miller who I would both value in the same future draft pick range as Njoku, mid-late 1st.

All the current startups I've been a part of or seen Njoku has been the 5th or 6th TE off the board, all of the other players mentioned in this thread are barely going in the top 20 at their positions, if not outside of it.

I totally agree. Those would be all instant rejects. I own a bunch of shares of Njoku and I’m fine waiting on him, sometimes it takes awhile for TEs and he’s really young. Maybe he will live up to expectations or maybe he won’t but I’m not giving any discounts on him, if someone offers for him.

People are paying more than a 2nd for Njoku? What has he done to warrant these prices? Also I'm pretty sure Goodwin's hype is high enough now that most Goodwin owners would expect more than Njoku to trade him.

He was a 1st round pick last year, and there's been nothing to diminish his value, not a chance a future 2 is worth Njoku. And I would happily trade Goodwin for Njoku, he's a decent player but quite frankly WRs at his level of production are relatively common. TEs with Njoku's talents, physical makeup and potential are very rare. Not a chance I'm trading him for Goodwin.

There's something about the way he plays that gives me the Eric Ebron vibe. Not sure what it is though

I agree! I was actually a big fan of Njoku before last season, but moved in a different direction. I hope he's better than Ebron, it's just a weird hunch.

Guys on your roster that I think are valued around the same but I would easily trade for Njoku are Collins and Lamar Miller

He was not a 1st round pick last year. He was an early to mid 2nd round pick and didn't do anything to improve his value. Now his situation gets more murky because Cleveland has added (regained) more proven pass catchers.
