Torn!!! Enough for Bell poll

For team two in my sig. Keep in mind it is 16 team. I won it all last year. Would love to repeat but my goal was also to add depth/youth at RB this offseason. Was planning to do that with the 1.7 but somone offered me Adams for the 1.7, Godwin and Djax and I had to accept. Figured I could move one of my other WRs for a younger RB and have had zero luck (I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING). With the Shady news I am really worried about my ability to compete as he is my only viable RB2 (nobody is excite about Lynch as their RB2).

All that said, the above offer is on the table. 2 questions pre vote:

1. The obvious “is that enough to move Bell”
2. For my team, does it take me too far out of contention / am I overreacting to the Shady news and should I simply stay put until we know more

I'd normally trade Bell for this, but I'm very high on Mixon and Chubb and consider both to have a good chance of becoming top 5 backs as Bell/DJ/McCoy eventually age out of the picture.

However, your team is every strong with Bell and I think can win it all again this year. In your particular case, I'd keep him.

1. In a 16 team league I would consider that enough for Bell, maybe ask for a 5th or 6th receiver extra
2. I think if you elect to trade Bell, than it might be in your best interest to go for a short term rebuild
3. Maybe try buying a Lamar Miller type if you want a back, his value never seems to be what he actually produces
4. Shady is more than likely getting put on commish exempt list, but hold him

I appreciate the quick response. I actually sold Miller for Bell after Bells rookie year. I like the thought on Miller, suggestions on an offer? I’ll look at his team but am pretty sure he needs WRs. Where does he stack against Alshon right now in your opinion?

without knowing the miller owner's team, I would say Miller plus a 2019 first, and even that might be a bit light

I think most saying bell are not considering this is a 16 team league where depth outweighs studs....personally I believe in Mixon to be a RB1 and Chubb very well could develop into one or at the least a mid RB2 in the future, getting a 19 1st isn't a bad cherry on top,

Wow, after Bell's rookie year I had him rated as my RB1 in dynasty. Didn't draft him that high, though. Was no need at the time. Can't believe someone parted with him that lightly. He must have been kicking himself by October the following year, LOL.

I would say Alshon>Miller right now. by half a round in a rookie draft pick pricing.

I'm not even much of a Mixon fan but this is definitely worth considering in a 16 team league. I'd then turn around and trade him for a different asset like Hunt.
