I like the Howard, Kelce side. I feel like they both would be more solid starters for you and you have better depth at the WR spot.

No but I would trade my 1.12 in the startup for the 2.10 and 3.6 to pair with my 2nd and 3rd rnd picks. which is basically what he is doing.
