JuJu for 1st and 3rd

The JuJu owner in my league offered him to me for 2019 1st (top 6) and 2019 3rd (top 6).
12 team league, 0.5 PPR.
Should I accept??

I wouldn't. The 3rd doesn't do much to shift the value and I have JuJu valued around 1.02-1.03 in this year's rookie draft.

3rd does nothing. I would need to know that first was 1.1 or 1.2 or I hold Juju
