Barkley/Crabtree for Mixon/ARob

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Barkley/Crabtree for Mixon/ARob

Postby RS_Smoove » Thu Jun 07, 2018 8:45 am

My team is in my sig. I was offered Saquon and Crabtree for Mixon and Allen Robinson. Should I do this deal? I know Saquon seems like a can't miss but still scares me when he hasn't even played a game in the NFL. Thoughts?

Lots of Barkley love and Mixon hate in this forum, but I think the gap between those two is smaller than the gap between Arob and Crabtree. I'd keep your side.

This is the absolute cheapest I have seen him go. I was laughed at offering Freeman, ARob, and HHenry for him in one league...and a "not sure" in a league where I offered DJ and 1.4! With your team, I think you can afford to do it, but it still is steep.

I'd rather have Robinson + Mixon, and I'm not even that high on Mixon.

On the contrary, I think in general this forum is too high on Mixon relative to the market. But I agree with the overall premise, mostly because the love of Barkley is just stupid out of control. He's not in my top 5 dynasty RBs and I see no reason to move him there. I have Mixon just outside of my top 10 but I realize that many have him inside of it. That being the case, the gap between he and Barkley isn't all that big. I do have a very big gap between the WRs.

I would stay home. I think personally think Mixon is a stud, and the gap between ARob and Crab is too big

I'm not a Mixon hater but I agree. Arob is the deal breaker here.

I have Mixon and ARob in my league and if I could get Barkley for them with nothing else added, I would do it in a heart beat. But I am a Barkley believer. On the other hand I can see why some would prefer to keep Mixon and ARob due to the fact that both of their situations have improved since last year.

This is the cheapest price for Barkley I have seen, and with your team I would have a hard time not accepting that one.

If you can get Barkley for this I would also take it in a heartbeat. Very cheap for Barkley.
