Bell vs Gordon

Me and another leaguemate are having a debate on the difference between these two. He wants to trade Gordon in a deal for Bell. What needs to be added to Gordon? Team not in sig

An early first or something. But I'm not sure I would even trade Bell if Gordon is the best piece I'm getting in return. He's been solid, but he's nowhere near Bell's talent

I'd need multiple firsts. Gordon produces on volume but isn't anywhere close to the same level of talent.

Big Gordon fan, but I agree that an early/mid 1st would probably need to be added.
