Did I do it right ? dynasty startup

Just finished a startup dynasty draft. Its been 3 years since my last start up draft.Hows the team look?(in sig) Cant ever decided if im good to go into the season or need to trade desperately. Any input or feedback is much appreciated

I think you’ll be a middle of the pack team. Probably not a contender this year so I’d be looking to move Julio for something. Your WRs need the most help.

I’d say somewhere between 4-7 range. An injury to Howard or Fournette and it’s game over though.

Like said above, your WRs aren’t real great, outside of Julio. Your starting RBs are fine with Fournette and Howard but not much depth in case of injury and you are hurting bad if Luck doesn’t come back strong.

16 or 14 teamer? anything less and I'm not a fan of the team right now. it just feels like you should be better or better suited for a rebuild coming out of the start up and already having the 2018 rookies. did you load up on 19 picks?

if your in a larger than 12 league here....I don't dislike the team, but again I'm not sure you have the depth this year. I may very well be trying to trade some guys for picks this coming season. just not sure you have the "stud" power and quality depth to be a serious contender.

I'm curious if you traded during your draft? I haven't did a startup this year, but based on my personal rankings....it appears that there may have been some trading, or perhaps drafting without a plan. if you didn't have a plan to stick to, you can end up with a middle of the pack team pretty easily. if you have your future picks....I would not trade them unless it involved getting a stud in return. id hold those picks until the deadline if I were you, and especially so if you decide to trade away some guys for picks.....

Unless Gordon can regain his dominance from a few years ago, you'll need to upgrade your WRs.

I think everything depends on Luck....if he doesn't return to form and plays this year, your QB situation is solely depending on McCown.

WR defiantly needs some attention and some added depth.

I hate your QB2, lamar will be fine long term, but not for at least a year....I would have taken almost any starting QB over players like Jeremy hill and frank gore and tyler boyd... I would have also taken most rookies over those 3
I would guess that you drafted Gordon earlier than I would be comfortable with...

I am just finishing a draft (we had the start up a few weeks ago and we are finishing the rookie draft right now) and I know when I look at the rosters at this point, I think all teams have glaring weaknesses (mine is definitely WR)...so it is anyone's guess how your team will do...

I would probably also look to move Julio, but you will probably get more for him in the season...I think he may have a nice year. (if he has similar stats with more TDs, he could be WR1)..and that may be enough for your team to succeed

I think you’re fine @ RB, WR & TE, but you have no depth & I don’t like any of your QBs. Luck would be fine if you had a #2 that was playable, but I don’t think any of those guys are, so you’re deeply dependent on Luck getting healthy & staying that way. I think that’s a big IF. You really need some guys to step up or you’ll need to find some depth.

Ultimately, you’re probably competitive as long as Luck is healthy, but just not deep enough yet to be the champ.

This team has plenty of pieces to build around. Probably could use a better second QB to start the season. But other then that Id wait to see how the season starts. If you don't like where you're heading I'd move Julio for younger pieces.
