Sony Michel in New England

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

For me personally it's hard to roster any RB from NE.

I think it hurt his stock, and he should slip to late first round instead of early.

He can easily be the Kamara of last year though. It's actually weird that the Patriots drafted a RB instead of a QB in the first round. It's so hard to predict anything from NE.
16 team - 42rosters - 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX, 1PK, 3DE/DL, 2DB, 2LB, 1DFLEX
QB: D. Brees, M. Stafford.
RB: L. Bell, D. Cook, J. Conner, M. Sanders, A. Blue, J. Ajayi, A. Barnes.
WR: M. Thomas, A.J. Green, J. Jones, C. Godwin, Z. Jones, J. Reynolds, K. Kirkwood, J. Moore, J. Hurd, T. Benjamin.
TE: Z. Ertz, J. Smith, M. Andrews, D. Waller, J. Sternberger.
K: M. Badgley.
DB: L. Collins, J. Johnson, J. Tart, C. Geathers, M. Blair.
DL: C. Dunlap, D. Barnett, J. Casey, B. Graham, G. McCoy, J. Allen.
LB: T. Whitehead, J. Hicks, J. Collins, J. Brown, K. White, G. Avery, C. Barton, B. Cashman, J. Ryan, J. Tavai, Q. Williams.
Picks:
2020: 2, 4, 4, 5
2021: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Yep. Three lost fumbles his last 3 years in 580+ touches. Doesn’t seem to be too bad a problem.
Yep, 3 LOST. Yet he still managed to cough it up 10 times in 3 year. If you want to hang your hat on how many he lost and not how many times he fumbled that's your prerogative. If you think that will fly in the NFL let alone NE good luck to you.

12 Team PPR| 1QB, 2RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Super Flex, 2 WRT | 25 Roster | 4 Taxi

QB: Stroud, Murray, Jimmy G
RB: Walker, Bijan Robinson, Pacheco, Charbonnet, Spiller, Abanikanda, Hull
WR: Dell, M. Brown, Smith-Njigba, Downs, Ross, C. Jones, Austin, Palmer
TE: Laporta, McBride, Woods, Turner, Parham
PS:
IR:
'24 Picks: 1.02, 2.12, 3.02, 5.06
'25 Picks: 2nd, (2) 3rds, (2) 4th, 5th

In the last two years he has had 5 total fumbles, not lost, total. Guice had 4 but somehow it isn't a problem for him? he only had two last year. He will be fine.

Not sure where you’re getting your stats but I’m seeing 3 total with 1 lost in year 3.

Link to the report that some teams are concerned with Michel's bone on bone condition similar to Ajayi's

I'm tellin ya, its Coogan
I thought that Turcorox guy was Coogan?
Or maybe he's like Two-Face from the Batman movie with multiple identities???
I thought maybe, but FantasyFreak has been complaining on multiple threads about people posting in wrong spots etc more Coogan esque
Naw, sorry guys. Not Coogan. I was severely intoxicated last night, and was a the downturn stage of my drunkeness where I guess I was getting a little irritable. I don't even remember posting most of this. My bad.

lol @ Fantasy, we've all been there.

I don't know how I feel about Sony, I'm starting to warm up on him being in the 1.03-1.04 range. Today will answer a lot more of our questions.

I was surprised by the pick but figure they'll be looking to get him 15 touches per game, which seems like a route to RB2 status.

This is kind of how I feel depending on where Guice/Chubb land. NE usually doesn’t draft RBs this high and he’s way more talented than any back on the roster. I figured NE would grab somebody like Hines or JSam in the 3rd.

I'm tired of drunken posters coming on here cluttering up the forum even more than the misguided posters who lack the decorum to stay on topic ...

Now what in the hell topic are we talkin' about
