1.02+ for 1.01+

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.02+ for 1.01+

Postby auggiedoggies » Tue Apr 24, 2018 2:09 pm

12 team PPR Superflex league with RB heavy scoring (.2 points per carry)

I'm a team that's looking to contend. Would you trade:

Dalvin Cook/Mckinnon/1.02/2020 1st

for:

1.01/1.12/Jarvis Landry

My initial thought is that it's a hefty price to pay to move up to 1.01 from 1.02, but wanted to make sure I'm not off.

I would keep the Cook side by a wide margin. You will get a great player in 1.02. McKinnon is in a prove it situation.

I think it's close. Since the 2020 1st is so far out and hard to project, I'd probably lean towards the 1.01/Landry side.

Depends on the rest of your RB depth, and if you think Landry can stay as productive in Cleveland as he was in Miami. Giving up Cook/McKinnon/Guice(or whoever you like or whoever moves up there after the NFL draft) for Barkley, thats 3 fairly startable guys. Might be an okay RB at 12 too who knows.

For straight value, 1.2 and Cook vs 1.1 and 1.12 is pretty close to right, since its a small overpay, which you have to do for 1.1, it seems. Personally I wouldnt take McKinnon and a 2020 1st for Landry, to finish off the trade.
main league, half PPR, all TDs 6, -3 for INT
12 team. 2019 champ, 2020 runner up, ‘21 3rd
start 2SF, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2WRT

QB: T Lawrence, K Cousins, R Wilson, Z Wilson
RB: K Walker, T Ettiene, JK Dobbins, D Gore, J Hasty, D Johnson, L Rountree
WR: JJ, AJB, A Cooper, Juju, C Kirk, J Dotson, N Westbrook-Ikhine, I McKenzie
TE. T Kelce, Pitts, Albert O, D Parham, J O’Shaunessy

1.03, 1.11, 2.02, 2.09

No way I’d make this trade with .2 ppc

You’re trading 3 RB for 1, even if that one is Barkley. Guice is a pretty damn good RB also.....

I don't have a huge gap from 1 to cook. so 2 and the rest for landry and 12 seems expensive. not sure id give 2 for landry and 12...let alone adding McKinnon and the future 1.
