JMatt to NE

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I'm a huge jmatt fan and this is going to be tough to make it through a year of I think. I could see him doing well or being completely unreliable (from a fantasy perspective)

The ultimate wait and see - could have a huge year or nothing.
T.1 - 12 team Superflex- 1xQB - 2xRB - 3xWR - 1xTE - 1xSFlex (10th year)
2020: 0-0 || 3 time runner-up
QB: Mahomes, Wentz, Stafford,
RB: Chubb, Henry,
WR: Deebo, ARob, DJ Moore, Alshon, Mike Williams, Hollywood, Corey Davis,
TE: Ertz, Njoku,
Picks: 2020: 1.1, 1.9, 2.9

T.2 - 12 team Superflex- 1xQB - 2xRB - 3xWR - 1xTE - 1xSFlex - 1xWRT Flex (7th year)
2020: 0-0 || 2017: champ || 2018 & 19: Runner-up
QB: Wentz, Winston, Foles, Fitz, Rudolph
RB: Gurley, Mixon, Henry, Miles, Michel, Hyde
WR: Keenan, Evans, ARob, DParker, CDavis, Fitz, RAnderson, Preston
TE: Ertz, Goedert
Picks: 2020: 2.11 3.11

I traded Yeldon and the 3.02 for him two weeks ago. And this signing means I made a fantastic investment. Or.... I traded away a dart throw for nothing lol
16 team ppr superflex

QB: Garoppolo, Ben Roethlisberger
RB: Mixon, Henry, Booker, Miller, Mack, McNichols, Ballage
WR: Davis, Treadwell, Jmatt, Beasley, DJ Moore, J Washington, Tre’ Smith, Prich, Taywan Taylor, Chad Williams, Benjamin, Krishawn Hogan
TE: Njoku, McDonald

18 picks: 1.13, 2.07, 2.13, 3.02

Which makes him a prime sell high candidate right now. Some people will inevitably love the landing spot and be willing to pay a good price to acquire him right now. If you don't believe now is a good to capitalize on the early hype that emerges.

What is he worth in a startup? What round does he go in say a 12 team ppr?

I don't think his value changes at all. Was an early 3 dart throw and still is (and I love him).

I can't imagine owners will want to sell for a 3rd right now. Should take at least a late 2nd to get him.
