I was offered 1.10, 1.31 and a 2019 2nd for the 1.3. I know at 1.3, barkley will be gone. Should I trade back and try and get a rb like nick chubb level at 1.10? and have 1.31 as an extra pick?

How confident are you N Chubb will be available at 1.10?
Every league is different, but I'd be shocked to see him fall past 1.05-1.06.

Keep the 1.03 and hope either Rosen or Darnold are still there (and if not, that means Barkley is). That offer is extremely light and in a 32 team league, QBs are huge.
