Hey guys, for team 2 in my signature, I have an owner who is interested in doing a Gurley for 1.01 type of deal. I think Gurley is worth more straight up, but I'd be willing to consider moving Gurley if the deal puts me in contention to repeat.
Some of my biggest needs right now are a long-term RB3, WR2, and perhaps a TE that will help more now.
The owner has players (and Picks) I'm interested in, such as 1.01, Cooper, Hyde, 1.12, 2.03, 2.05, 2.06, and 2.10..
I countered his 1.01 for Gurley deal with 1.01 & Cooper for Gurley, Moncrief & Pryor, I don't expect that to get accepted, but I am also considering offering Gurley for 1.01, Hyde and two of those picks..But I'm not sure about that.
I guess my question is, what else + 1.01 would it take for you guys to move Gurley?
Keep in mind that I am a contender & I won the championship with this roster last season.

Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
With the Barkley hype, I would be surprised if you could get something so substantial added to the pick.
If you are a Barkley believer; you could try just a pick package. Not sure this really makes sense for you to be honest.

Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
If you won last year with this roster, I think I’d stay pat. Unless you can get the 1.01 plus future first(s). I don’t believe Gurley repeats his season from last year, but I do think he’s still a stud.
Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
1.01 and Cooper seems fair, but I doubt you can get that.

Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
Thanks for the responses everyone. The 1.01 & Cooper deal was rejected. Should I even bother offering Gurley for 1.01, Hyde, 1.12 & 2.03, or is it not even worth it?

Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
I'd probably stand pat. That's not a bad return by any means for Gurley, but if you won the title, it's hard to say if this will make your team better, even for the long haul.

Re: Gap Between Gurley & 1.01?
I'm not a big Gurley guy (shocking i know) so this will be bias. Go after Barkley. Period.
Yes, i'm drinking the Kool-aid. The kid is just all too well rounded not to sell the farm for. He will be more valuable then people realize today.
With that said. Take Hyde out of the deal and go after those high 2nds. There will be a lot of good talent dropping into the top of the 2nd.
Hyde has too much name value for him to trade away and not worth the price imo.

I wouldn't move gurley. Maybe try and talk him into LF plus if possible. If not stand pat. Sometimes it's the move you don't make that wins you a championship.
