AJG for 1.5++

Team 1 in sig Gurleyd its way to a ship this year, but I have a major hole at RB2 and my team is aging.

Wondering your thoughts on the following trade.
Send: AJG
Receive: 1.5, Doctson, Hollins

This would mean I would lean heavily ARob or DT as my WR2, but gives me more flexibility at RB as I would draft one of the rookies.

AJG. I'd rather trade him for an established RB1 then take the chance of the 1.05 panning out. Doctson and Hollins do nothing for me in this deal.

I too would rather have AJ Green than what you get in return. Keep Green!

AJG for 1.05 is fair value. His stats are on the downswing and he approaches 30 years old shortly. The guy is a great player and takes care of himself so I do think he’ll produce for 2 or 3 more years but I think 1.05 is about the right pick given his abilities and age.

I worry a little that you won’t sniff 1.05 next season in return for him.

This is closer, it would depend on how your league is likely to draft, and which RBs would fall to you at the 1.05

But I also agree, next year you aren't likely to get the same offer.

Exactly.

AJG. he's an older WR but there just is not the WR talent in the draft to get a young WR. I am trying to make the same sort of deal using one of my late 1sts.

As a green owner, I wouldn’t move him for that.

I'm holding the 1.02 and considering trading it for AJ or Julio if either owner is disgruntled enough to do it.

But then I would still have Mixon/ Kamara / McCoy / Cohen / Crowell in a 12 team PPR lg. I don't think the 1.05 is going to be enough. (actually don't expect the 1.02 to work either)

Better be a pretty good ++ to go with it.

AJG, I wouldn't sell him for anything less for 1.02 and probably want something added.

I completely disagree. Send 1.05 to any Green owner and watch them no-reply reject you in a heartbeat.

This is easily Green. Don't sell him cheap because he had a down year. People need to stop being worried about receivers hitting 30. The entire offense struggled, it wasn't Green's lack of play

RB2 shouldn't be a huge concern given your roster. I'd rather keep Green for now and make another run in 2018.

1.02 would be about reasonable, given his age and the hype around 1.01 this year. So 1.05 plus a few little pieces isn't close.

Someone said his stats are declining but other than 2016 when he only played 10 games for 964 (which was a 1500 yard pace), he's never once had a season under 1k yards. That's 6 seasons out of 7, including last year when their team was terrible.

He may be 29, but he's more of a buy low for me than a sell before the decline.
