How far am I?

I missed the playoffs by 1 win last season, and I had the 3rd most overall points. So far during this offseason I upgraded at RB by trading picks for Freeman and WR by trading for Jeffery. I also won the draft lottery, so I'm going to pick Barkley. My main question marks are at QB, since it's a 2 QB league and I need to get another top tier WR... What do you guys think?

You definitely need at least one more QB, preferably a stud, in order to really contend. I'd probably look to move the 1.01 for a proven QB and something else on top.

You kind of get a trade of Brissett as a starter for Tanny. But there's a legit chance you only have 2 starting QBs in a 2QB setup. I'm with Goddard here, see if you can land maybe Derek Carr/Jared Goff and a quality WR for the 1.01.

I'm not sure what I think about that offer. To me it looks fair on paper but you'd be trading the best player in the deal (Nuk), IMO. I can see the argument for either side and I can see why both sides would do it.

keenum, eli, rivers, alex smith, bortles, tyrod are probably the cheapest QBs to obtain...i would be helpful to post the roster of an owner with a surplus of QBs

I realize you said you love Barkley, calling him a generational talent, but don't sell Hopkins for similar reasons. DHop is the type of player you build a team around. You aren't getting Wilson or Newton, but if you could get Mahomes and a player for the 1.01, you would have to consider the offer. I'd start with trying to get Hilton or Hyde, but might settle for Collins and/or Shepard, Funchess, a high 2nd...You might be able to get a player on top of Garoppolo as well, and the starting QB would be worth way more than knowing you had Barkley.
PS: you might be able to get a pick out of Brissett from the Luck owner. I would try, and soon. If Luck doesn't fully recover, Indy will go in a different direction from Brissett eventually.

Good trades, by the way. I especially like the Gronk value and I'm not high on Williams.

Teddy or Foles have a good shot at a starting job next year but if you're worried Id move Lamar Miller for an early second and grab a qb there. Im not much of a Miller fan at all though, and I think foreman eats into more carries next year.
