For my team in sig, a team wanting to start rebuilding offered me Julio for 1.4 and 1.7. It's a 2 QB league and I was planning on using one of those picks on one of the many QBs in this draft and BPA at the other pick (probably a RB). But that is a very tempting offer to add Julio to my lineup and possibly make me a contender.

if its a must start 2qb league and not a superflex i would not do that deal. cousins is solid if unspectacular and mariota was a travesty this season so i wouldnt feel confident in him and flacco is barely even worth holding onto. you should be trading those picks for a qb upgrade or keeping pick 4 (for a rb or qb) and trade pick 7 in a package to upgrade at qb or rb (you have good depth at rb but need studs in 10 team and i dont see any at rb beyond gurley)
