So my team is an absolute mess and could use some advice on my next moves. Also have some trade offers on the table:

QB: cousins, goff
RB: Kamara, drake, Murray, Thompson, Mack, Monty, m Davis
WR: crowder, agholor, Cobb, hogan, kearse, Ross, zay, white, hurns
TE: njoku, kittle, Sheehan, gathers

Picks: 1.05, 1.10, 1.12, 2.5, 2.8, 2.10

Trade offer:
Give: Kamara, Cobb, 1.10, 1.12
Get: Kelce, Marvin Jones, 1.03

Give: drake, 1.10, 1.12
Get: thielen, foreman

I think you have a good young core. I would try to package up a couple of the 1st round picks and move to 1.01 if possible but I wouldn't move Kamari to do it. I would focus on another solid RB and work on improving the WR group. I also wouldn't give up the world to get to 1.01. You have some good picks that should garner you some good youth. Since you aren't looking to win next year you can work getting talent that has time to develop.

I actually like the 2nd offer. Don't like the 1st offer at all. People are high on Foreman and I personally really like Thielen.

I'd just try to be patient. You're pretty good at QB, RB, and TE. I'd look to upgrade at WR, but wouldn't do anything drastic.

I also like the 2nd offer better than the first but I think I still just hold onto my picks and draft beat available and look for some wr help.thielen is already 27 so I'd try for younger guys in your situation.

draft WR heavy and you should be finde... maybe tank next year when you loose the first couple games and give your young group another year to develop. I dont think you have to rebuild at all

Trade offer:
Give: Kamara, Cobb, 1.10, 1.12
Get: Kelce, Marvin Jones, 1.03

kamara is what you hope that 1.03 will become. cobb and marvin are close for me...i would rather try to get a cheaper option at TE

Give: drake, 1.10, 1.12
Get: thielen, foreman
drake may actually be worth more than foreman currently, but i think it is too soon to tell for either...that leaves thielen for 1.10 and 1.12, i love Thielen, but that is too pricey for me...

hang onto your picks, you need another RB (that will likely be pick 1.05), and a couple WRs that you can hopefully get by drafting or trading your late first round picks....

Let your team develop. You have a ton of youth who are maybe a year or two out. Just keep the course and don’t do anything crazy unless it greatly benefits your team.

I agree with this, I actually like youre team it just needs time

I don't like either trade and agree you should be patient. I would consider seeing what you can get for Murray and I would see if you can get someone to overpay for Drake or severely overpay for Kamara for someone whose team is desperate for a championship. If you don't strong offers remain patient. No need to do anything right now. Let the process take its course. You have great commodities. Get max value back.
