Wanted to upgrade my RB and TE depth. I think that I did that, or did I over-value Coleman?

This is probably where I see his value still. Looking like another good, deep RB class this year. Fair trade-and you've obviously got the safer side of this deal-but I think I'd rather gamble on the pick

With the concussion issues for Freeman it's a good trade for you. Lacy, and all of Seattle's rb's, are a hot mess, great value.
