We start 2 HB and 3 WR I want to upgrade my current players to get a higher quality WR. Who should I package and who can I expect to acquire with my guys. These guys are the ones riding my bench almost every week so I want to move them to get someone to crack the lineup.

HB- J Charles, I Crowell, J Hill, T Montgomery
WR- D Adams, N Agholor, R Cobb, D Funchess, D Jackson, M Lee, J Maclin, B Perriman

That team is in pain: put it out of it's misery, don't prolong the inevitable. Sell everyone but D Adams. Doubt anyone is gonna garner you a future 1st, but a lot of 2nds that you can sell for 2019 1sts come draft time next year. Yeah, this is gonna be a couple year build

ETA - this is your bench! Well it'd be hard to suggest targets without knowing who your starters are

And all of the guys I listed are on the bench NONE OF THEM WILL START FOR ME (Adams dose start in byes) it is also a 20 teaemer. But I did not list my starters because there not moving anyway

How can we evaluate player upgrades if we don't know who your starters are or what your league format is?

Adams and Monty should be able to get you something good. I'm not sure who to target because I don't know what the other rosters look like or what their records are, but that's where I'd start.
