Longtime member, but rarely post! Ready to get (and give) some advice!

Team is 1-3 so far this year. I have two first rounders next year. My own and another team (which should be late)

Thoughts on what to do with this team?

12 team, 2 QB, .5 PPR

QB- Derek Carr, Marcus Mariota, Carson Wentz Tyrod Taylor, AJ McCarron
RB-Zeke, Fournette, McCaffery, Lamar Miller, Doug Martin, Gio Bernard
WR- OBJ, Deandre Hopkins, Alshon Jeffery, Jarvis Landry, Chris Hogan, Pierre Garcon, Eric Decker
TE- Tyler Eifert, Ben Watson
K-Dan Bailey
Def-Eagles

IR-Paxton Lynch, Ryan Tannehill

Rookie Taxi Squad
(3 rookies, once activated, taxi squad is reduced to 2 then 1, then zero) so these are inactives as well

Oj Howard, David Webb, Chad Kelly

I'm riding that out and enjoying the next few seasons.

Starting out 0-3 I almost wanted to tank for Barkley.

Any moves you would make/trades you would pursue?

I mean if you can get something useful for the last couple rbs or wrs then I'd do it, but I'm sticking with that nucleus and the high pick. Sometimes you just have an off season. I'm having a few of those myself. At least you still have your own first unlike my teams.

I agree with others. Ride it out. Nice team for the next few years!

I’d keep the team as is and only try to upgrade at TE without overpaying

Trade for a TE and be patient. This team should be competing for several years to come.

if i were you, i would see if you could trade mccaffrey for cook...(i had him as RB2 and i actually think that he proved that)
then i would trade eiffert as soon as he has a big game..

that is a really good team, take the lump this season and kill it next season

I would get whatever you can for Miller, DMart and possibly package them along with some wr depth for more picks or youth. Your team is pretty solid. I'd let it be known to all other teams that your open for business, with the right deals, but not a complete fire sale. Maybe someone totally over pays for a player and it helps you long term. Other than that sit tight.

I would look to trade a few of your older guys that are more valuable for this year than moving forward while adding a few younger players, draft picks and IR guys for next year.

Last year due to injuries and some bad play I got off to a horrible start, after about 1/3 through the year I moved some older players Fitz, Dez, Edelman for IR guys Watkins, K. Allen and picks. I was able to get picks 1.1, 1.10, and 2.1 to boost my RB's. I'm now very young and also primed to win now.

Players to move:
Miller
Martin (wait and see if he starts out hot)
Garcon
T-Mobile if someone really needs a QB as the season goes on

Players to acquire:
Cook
Olson if you think he has 1 or 2 big years left
A Rob
Cooper or other players you think will rebound next year

I was offered a 2 (mid) and Jack Doyle for Chris Hogan.

Thoughts?

very good team. i would agree on just riding it out, things will get better. One thing i would test the waters on is shopping your draft pick. People are obsessed with the 2018 class, if you find someone who just sees your record, maybe you can sell your pick for a higher value than what it will end up to be. i cant imagine your team doesn't come to life ASAP. Maybe pair it with alshon/ CMC and go for evans or bell?
