For me this year, he is a WR3 and is in a battle with resident old-guy-but-still-looking-good WR Brandon Marshall. I don't think his value has dipped significantly, unless you are already on the fence regarding him. I think he gets plays this year and gets a pay-day and plays next year at his normal 750-1000 yds / 5-8 TD range.

Normal 750 yards / 8 TDs? I think you mean normal 100 rec, 1,100 yds, 4 TDs. Unfortunately I see a decrease in those numbers this year with Cutler under helm.
Saying that Landry's value hasn't changed is misguided. Nothing has suggested he is about to get a pay day. In fact, it's just the opposite. MIA hasn't given Landry an offer to this day nor do they plan on extending him. MIA has denied trade rumors, but I think we can all see through the guise.

I even see Parker being the better WR of the two this year and long term IF Parker is healthy.

I don't know anything else about it besides what was posted on the first page of DFL, and that the NFL has video of whatever happened, but anyone that says they aren't is being silly. The NFL has been taking a very hard line against domestic violence. Could it end up being nothing, sure. Could he get black listed if the video gets out and it looks really bad, sure.
