I think it would be a good idea if you can pull it off. I wouldn't draft a TE though focus on infusing at RB/WR.

I think it depends on your perception of your team direction. If you think you will compete this year, I'd stick with 1.1, grab davis to shore up your wideouts. If you plan to rebuild/restructure I'd argue to take the picks and go Williams, Njoku, Hunt/Perine direction
