As a Julio owner I wouldn't even consider. That said- I don't think it is terrible.

I hope this works out for you. I made a very similar deal last offseason and traded Julio for Evans and a 1st and a 2nd to a contender. This was after Evans had an off sophomore season (drops, low TD total) and people were curious if he was definitely elite. That contender ended up having a run of bad luck and netted me the 1.05 and 2.05 this season.

The point: last year everyone thought I undersold (but I believed in Evans tremendously)
This year: people are talking about how I robbed the other owner.

It comes down to your belief in Sammy. This is a very interesting trade because the player Sammy is most like after three seasons is Julio. Ridiculously similar stat lines and injury history and everyone was questioning whether Julio could EVER stay healthy after his first few seasons. Sammy has that same elite upside potential.

It'a a HUGE gamble for you - but I believe in Sammy and think that (while you could have gotten more) this will turn out nicely for you.
