With the emergence of Adams, Cobb is now the 3rd option. It's a high powered offense but still I'd go Alshon 100%. Gio isn't enough to make up for the difference in talent.
12 team PPR (1pt WR/RB, 1.5pt TE)
QB, 2RB, 2WR, 2FLEX, TE, K, D/ST, 3IR

In 2016....he missed 4 games, garnered a strike in the PED arena and scored single digits in 3 others
In 2015....he missed 6 games and scored single digits in 2 others
That's 15 games out of 32 where he brings 0-9 pts into the mix.....with 0 being the number 10 out of 15
I have to strongly disagree that it's NOT CLOSE.

WOW......11-0 in the poll.
For a guy who has scored practically 0 pts in 50% of his last 32 games and has at least one PED strike.

Obviously, Cobb and Gio have issues as well. What would be a fair offer for Jeffrey from my team?

I think most people realize that Cobb's numbers in 2014 were an outlier in an otherwise pedestrian career. If you can move just Gio with him to get Jeffery, this is a HUGE win.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I've never been high on Cobb and the exact opposite with Jeffery, a huge supporter of him. His talent is unmistakable. So to get him for the price of a WR3 and a low end RB2 high end RB3 I'd say it's a pretty easy decision to me.
12 team PPR - QB/2RB/2WR/TE/FLEX/K/DEF
QB- Ryan, Carr
RB- Bell, Hyde, Coleman, Gio, Breida, Thompson
WR- OBJ, AB, Nuk, M. Thomas, Parker, Treadwell, Godwin

12 team PPR - QB/2-4 RB/3-5 WR/1-3 TE
QB- Rodgers, Seimian, Bridgewater, McCown
RB- Bell, Freeman, Gordon, Ingram, Gore, Conner
WR- Julio, Nuk, KA, Landry, Hilton, Cooks, DT, Maclin, R. Matthews, Boyd
TE- Kelce, Rudolph, James, Everett, ASJ

12 team PPR- 1QB/2-4 RB/3-5 WR/1-3 TE
QB- Rodgers, Siemian
RB- Bell, Gurley, Carson, Conner, Gallman, Williams
WR- Nuk, Baldwin, Jordy, DT, Crabtree, Crowder, Decker, Ross, Wallace, Richardson, Higgins, Taylor
