Suggestions to improve my team

I am entering the third year of dynasty for team in signature (finished 3rd each of the first two years).

RB is my glaring weakness and maybe a little WR depth. I have 1.03 this year, do you think I should stand pat and draft bpa, trade up/down, or try to acquire an established RB?

Stand pat in case Fournette or Cook drop to 1.03.

Scout teams at 1.05 and 1.06 to see if they need a WR so you can pick up an asset (lower WR or future draft pick) and move down to get McCaffrey or Foreman.

I'd see what happens, but 9 times out of 10 I think you just take the best player on the board. You can always trade a WR for a RB down the line. If Fournette and Cook come off first, I'd take my pick of Corey Davis and Mike Williams and worry about my RBs later.
