As much as I like Pryor, I'd have to go with Diggs here... I think Diggs is worth 1.3-1.6 in draft picks.
Team 1: 10 TEAM PPR. 0.2 PPC 2QB 3RB 4WR 1TE 1FLEX 2IDP 1 D/ST 1K
QBs - Bridgewater, Cousins, Darnold, Rudolph
RBs - Miles Sanders, Ronald Jones, Mixon, Fournette, Mike Davis, Gio Bernard, T. Coleman, Damien Williams, Love
WRs - DHop, Chris Godwin, DK Metcalf, DJ Chark, Beckham Jr, DJ Moore, Sutton, Kirk, Edelman, Tre'Quan Smith, Anthony Miller, Van Jefferson, Jalen Guyton, Peoples-Jones, Marcus Johnson
TEs- Kittle, Hockenson, Tonyan, Njoku, Trautman
IDP: Lavonte David, Roquan Smith
K: Greg Zuerlein

Team 2: 12 Team PPR 1QB, 3RB, 4WR, 1TE, 1FLEX
QBs - Josh Allen, Matt Ryan, Lock, Eason
RBs - Barkley, Cook, Swift, Cam Akers, Mack, K. Johnson,
WRs - Michael Thomas, A Robinson II, Chark Jr, Tee Higgins, Woods, Sutton, B Edwards, Hardman, Zach Pascal, Van Jefferson, Berrios, Gandy-Golden, Tyler Johnson, P Campbell
TE - Fant, Ebron, Kmet

Personally, I like Diggs more. I have Diggs so maybe I am biased. Great hands, great separation ability. Showed a good connection with Teddy (who should be back next year) but he seems to always have an injury or too that keeps his ceiling grounded. Though it could be Bradford that is holding him down also. I would say mid-late 1st. Early to Mid 2nd for Pryor.
12 Team - Full Dynasty Keeper - 6pts for all TDs , 0.5 PPR. Start 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 2 Flex, TE
Have to keep certain # of non-IR or rookie squad: 3 QB, 6 RB, 6 WR, 3 TE (5 IR/Rookie Squad spots)
QB: Big Ben, Mariota, Tyrod
RB: Joe Mixon, Derrick Henry, Matt Breida, Chris Thompson, Ronald Jones, Josh Adams
WR: Odell Beckham Jr, Stefon Diggs, Corey Davis, Robby Anderson, Sammy Watkins, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Tre'Quan Smith, Antonio Callaway
TE: Zach Ertz, David Njoku, Chris Herndon IV, Delanie Walker
2019 DPs: 1.12, 2.12, 3.12, 4.12

Diggs easily. He's 4(?) years younger and has more developed WR skills then Pryor.

Like both players, but I'd take Diggs by a fair amount. Injuries are what sunk Diggs' value coming out of college so it's possible that the lingering injuries he's dealt with this season will be the norm for him going forward. That said, I think Diggs being banged up presents a bit of a buy-low on him and it's the reason why he's looking at a 900-1000 yard season this year as opposed to a 1300-1400 yard season.

Diggs is by far better. I would be hesitant at all to trade him even for a first. He's still young a developing and is already showing WR1 numbers in ppr leagues, with him only going up. He's what you'd typically be happy for a first to turn into. Hopefully MN improves their O-line as when they can give their QBs time, both Bradford and Teddy look to him first. If he happens to get traded at some point in his career, his value would most likely go up again.

I'd say Diggs with the gap being a late rd 1 or early rd 2 if you really like Pryor.

Interesting debate!

I only look at things in 3-year windows and I have to be honest, I am very impressed with Pryor. Pryor is big, fast, and appears to have pretty good hands and transitioned well to the WR position. I am guessing he leaves Cleveland and I think the ceiling for the next 3 years is higher with Pryor. If he were the #2 to an established #1, he could dominate. Diggs has been great, but he has his flaws also. Now to be fair, most of them are where he plays as Minny just can't solve their QB problem and their stale offense in general.

If I were buying and the cost was the same I would narrowly choose Diggs, but if I were looking to buy one, I would probably buy Pryor at the cheaper price tag because I think he and Diggs can offer similar production for the next 3 years.

I own diggs and prefer him over Pryor. Would expect an offerror of a mid 1st if I were trying to trade him. Don't think he'll fetch a top 3 pick. Like a previous poster said I'll look to buy Pryor if the price is a mid 2nd easily
