Need to drop 3 (Moved from Lineup Advice)

Fellas,
Team in sig. No cost to keep a player year to year. Start 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 3 flex (W/R/T).
I need to drop 3 more from my roster before September 1st. Taking into account veterans vs rookies who should it be?
I'm leaning towards dropping Richard Rodgers and Charone Peake but I can't make up my mind between Maxx Williams and Larry Donnell for the third. Moritz Boehringer could also be cut but I kind of want to give him a while to see if he could produce for the Vikes.
