Christine Michael or DeAngelo Williams? [POLL]

Which would you rather have on a contending team in a PPR league? The Le'Veon Bell owner just offered me Christine Michael straight up for DeAngelo Williams. My other RBs are Doug Martin, Charles Sims, Matt Jones, Arian Foster, DeAndre Washington, Kenyan Drake, and Josh Ferguson.

I'd make that trade after week 3, but i'd be using DW the first 3 weeks.

If your league allows you to start only a single RB I'd make the trade for Michael. If you're required to start two then then decline from Williams to the rest of your options is rather steep. I expect Williams to put up RB1 numbers over the first three weeks, and there remains the chance Bell will miss more time.

If you're required to start two backs the only way I'd accept is if you're stacked at your other starting positions and/or believe Micheal will lead Seattle in touches this season.

I'd take WIlliams. 3 weeks of high end production and elite upside if Bell continues to get hurt/do drugs is much more valuable then maybe getting some touches in a very crowded backfield.

Deangelo may very well give you 3 good weeks this season. He's also 33 years old. So chances are good those are the only 3 games you will ever use him. Ever. Give me Michael here by a big margin as he offers the upside that Deangelo never will.

Interestingly close vote here...I went with DeAngelo since he's trying to contend, but I could see the Michael side too. I guess it comes down to whether you "believe" in Michael.
