Looking at my team, I am:
A) very weak at RB - have OK depth, but really only 2 guys, all others have big question marks.
B) OK depth at WR... Would like more top/mid range guys, not so many rookies
C) Decent amount of picks, but most are late 17'
Any suggestions on what I should be looking to do? I am probably on the outside looking in when it comes to playoffs, but the 17 1st I own is not my own (most likely a playoff team) Trade my way into the draft? Blow it up? Make a few small trades to improve depth? What's the most realistic path here?

Well to me your team isn't contending any time soon so here is what I'm thinking. Hope Big Ben goes off and someone contending needs a qb and move him. Next I'm looking to move DT and then AJG, in season to others and load up on picks / young players. DT is a definite in season trade because his value is low now and AJG you may be able to get a bigger package for him now, but barring injury he will still have a high value in season

Agree with above. You have alot of guys that could be flipped at some point or even turn in to something solid. I'd just try and move guys like DT and AJG for picks or maybe move DT for Keenan Allen and AJG for Sammy/Evans or Cooks and a 1st. Move your big assests that are aging for guys that will help when the rest of the team catches up. You look like you are doing it right though. Just trade DT and AJG when you can get good value. Sooner rather than later. You want that 2017 pick to be nice and high.

Guys like DT, Diggs, Bell, and even Jones should have better value in season, then they do now. (varying views on Jones I know, don't have much of an option but to trust him) I've been looking at Cooper lately... A deal where I give AJG, and receive AC, what would be the difference pick wise? That owner also has Booker (took him at the 1.7 due to shallow RBs) I've been debating going AJG + CJA for AC, and a 17 first + Vereen. Does this get considered? How far off would that deal be? Also leaves me incredibly thin at RB...
