Unless your league is Fumble Premium and awards bonus points to the RB for putting it on the ground, take Cobb.

Although the deal itself is good, for me on the team you are making the trade for it doesn't have much value to you, unless you plan to flip him or another piece to help you RB core. Bell is injury prone and Lacy is...lets just say a little heavy. I think you could use Hill as a backup. You have some pretty good WRs already. That is just my opinion. But Cobb for Hill itself is Cobb all the way.
