Carlos Hyde

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Carlos Hyde

Postby JoshuaGordon_9 » Sun Jun 12, 2016 3:46 pm

Trying to work on my whole RB situation... Debating proposing this

Give: S. Diggs, R. Higgins, R. Randle, and a 2017 third

Receive: C. Hyde, Marvin Jones

Other owner is a Philly fan... also owns Agholor. Trying to strike on N.A.s misfortune. No matter how true it may be
I don't mind owning both Diggs, and Treadwell, just figuring that Diggs or M. Thomas are my best pieces to improve the weak RBs I have.

Is this enough for Hyde? Is there another RB you would target using either Diggs, or M. Thomas?

I don't think you're anywhere close. You're basically giving up Diggs and a bunch of bleep for 2 decent players.
12 Team. Roster 22, 4 TS. PPR, TE Prem (1.75). Start 1 QB, 5 flex (2 RB Max), 1 Def, 1 K
QB P. Mahomes, J. Goff, B Zappe (TS)
RB S. Barkley, N. Chubb, R. Stevenson, T. Pollard, J. Cook, K. Herbert, A. Mattison, E. Mitchell
WR AJ Brown, DK Metcalf, C. Kupp, A. Cooper, D. Hopkins, DJ Moore, B. Aiyuk, R. Doubs, K. Boutte (TS), C. Tillman (TS), M. Wilson (TS)
TE M. Andrews
Def Patriots, Ravens

I appreciate the honesty. I still think there is a little bit of questions around Jones. What would you offer here?

Yeah, that's not close. Probably bring a reject without counter. Randle, Higgins, and 2017 3rd are all just filler that add nothing to the deal. Hyde alone greater than everything you're offering, so no chance you're getting Marvin added on top. Diggs alone could potentially bring you somebody like a Melvin Gordon or Dion Lewis if you like him. Thomas could bring about the same. Adding the other roster cloggers back in won't up your chances of getting somebody better. You'd need to package Diggs and Thomas for that to happen.

I'm sorry but that's a very poor offer but I'm higher on Hyde than most.
