I love dynasty/ranking programs.

So how do we use this? Just input our players in a team and see what the score is? Does it take into account league scoring variations and different starting requirements? Why are people sending you their email?

I had to email before someone put in in Dropbox.

You have to enter every starter in your league. You don't have to enter their entire rosters.

If you just entered your team now, it would compare it to my league which wouldn't do anything for you.

Thanks for clarifying. So simply just enter my league's starters for each team and they will be compared. Do I need to specify in the position section "WR2" etc, or does that not matter?

I used to do this for our original dynasty league.

It's a good indicator of team 'value'. Team strength on the other hand...meh.

I did something very similar for fantasy basketball a while back. Was able to benchmark each stat in 9 category head to head leagues. Then produce a +/- value for each player in each stat. I used yahoo sports to gather data because it was exportable. It was surprising how stark the contrast was from yahoo standard rankings to my own. It allowed me to execute trades for players with low perceived value versus actual value. Ended up winning 3 years in a row.

Football doesn't translate as well to that type of tool because of the low sample size. I think your tool is awesome for generating activity within the league. After all, most people are trade hungry and this just gives you more ammo.
