i was offered J.Stewart for my 2017 2nd (definitely 2.08-2.12)...i thought it was kinda heavy for him so i countered him with:
give: MY 2017 2nd+ MY 2018 3rd
Received: J.Stewart +CAP
My gut reaction is that its a good deal for me as i am competing and locking down Carolinas backfield. I would love to hear some opinions although!

not a bad trade, I'd just be cautious.... rumors of car looking at rb in the draft

Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
CAP might not even make the team this year, so you're pretty much giving both picks for Stewart.

Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
Picks for me, I'd rather take a chance on RB with that pick. CAP didn't impress and Stewart is getting old and is underutilized at the goal line with Newton & Tolbert.

Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
stewart under-rated...give me the rb points this year
Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
Lol I like the confidence. I guess if the 2nd is "definitely" going to be 1.08-1.12, I would trade it for JStew and add some extra depth to what must be a strong contender. I'd pass on the 3rd for CAP, handcuff seems unnecessary here as CAP may not even be the backup this year. But if u feel better adding that in, it ain't the end of the world.
Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
Prefer the picks. Won't be shocked if Carolina drafts D Henry at bottom of first round.
Re: picks or Carolinas backfield?
I would go with stewart and CAP, Stewart was a workhorse last year and a major part in the panthers being so successful. I don't see them moving away from Stewart at least not this upcoming year. I would be cautious though because Stewart always gets injured at some point every year.
