Which would you rather have? DeVante Parker or David Johnson?

I like them both, own them both on the same team. This answer sucks, I know, but it would come down to team needs for me.

I would take David Johnson. I think WR are, overall, much more valuable, but DJ could be a special talent. Parker did show some really good progress at the end of the year, and Gase is sure to improve that offense. So I would totally understand an argument for Parker, I just think DJ could be a top 5 RB next season and those are hard to find, especially when young

Both these guys would be great to have. I'm super high on Parker, so I would take him. But D. Johnson ain't a bad consolation prize.

Parker is the safer player based on age, nature of the position, and draft pedigree. Having said that, if David Johnson is what we think he is, he has the ability to single-handedly win you your league next year. I think it comes down to personal preference on what you're looking for. I own both, love both. Glad I don't have to choose.

Parker here. I honestly think Dj ends up being a third down back at some point in the near future. We have a small sample size. And to me out wasn't all that impressive. When you have the aerial assault AZ has it opens up allot. Let me see a while season of him and I'd consider it but as it stands Parker has given all the signs for that year 2 jump and buying where I can.

3rd down back at somepoint soon. If you have seen the last few matches he has played its been pretty obvious that he is playing all downs unless he is tired

I think they're equal and it really does come down to personal preference. Both showed potential to be very good at their position late in the year. Both dealt with injuries this year. I'd probably have to go with DJ as there seems to be a dearth of 3 down backs out there whereas there are a lot of promising WR's.

Honestly shocked this is so close. Parker by a decent amount for me. Pedigree + Talent + Age + Shown flashes of his potential in his rookie year.

I get wanting Da. Johnson for what he did on the field, etc. - Trust me, I overpaid a little.

RB being potential three down and positional scarcity makes DJ more valuable especially in PPR. I don't care people do not view his talent as elite or even if he is an RB2. What matters in fantasy is their production and BOY he can produce in the AZ offense.

Tough answer. Can both be an option?

With Landry eating short/underneath targets I would not be shocked if DJ had more receptions in 2016 than Parker... from the RB position. Now add on 200+ carries and a LOT more TD opportunities and this isn't even close to me.
