I'd counter for Allen plus either Strong or the 3rd, but both seems like a bit much, and that's coming from someone who has reaped the benefits of Reed for most of the season. If you're a contender though, it might be worth the slight overpay. Reed has been putting up great numbers. The injury concern still lingers, but he could get you over the hump, especially in a 2TE format.
