-I sent him some adp values and countered back Tyler Lockett for Char West as a solid fair deal for both teams. He declined

I don't think Jones gives me much value this year and I'm not a big believer in Demarco. I can Play Yeldon and Freeman at RB the rest of the year and fill in my WR spots with players I feel better about. This team tends to "have to win" a trade for it to happen, so I am inclined to decline. However, I wanted to check myself on the trade and get some other thoughts.

I think there is a severe disconnect between the way you 2 value players. I wouldn't do any of those deals he offered. 'm not sure I'd do Allen alone for Murray/Jones, though to be fair I'm not as enamored with Jones as most of this board seems to be. To add JMatt to that is just silly.

Though, to be fair, I think West is worth more than just Lockett. West is getting it done. Lockett has 1 5/79/1 game and nothing else. Is there potential? Sure! But West is showing game. Making a case of taking Charles' spot after he leaves. KC just seems to find good RB's all the time: Holmes, that-guy-who-came-after-Holmes-whose-name-I-can't-remember-for-the-life-of-me-but-was-very-good-for-a-few-years, and Charles. Give me the guy who may be next in that line over a WR on a team that may never throw the ball much. And I like Lockett a lot.

Piling on that is way too much for Murray. He is good but most likely will never duplicate last year.

Agreed. His O-Line isn't nearly as good and his teammate (Mathews) is actually only about 10pts back of him in standard leagues! He's in an RBBC, like it or not. He may get the bigger piece of the pie, but Mathews is poaching carries and TDs.

Allen and Matthews by a LOT. A lot a lot. I think it would take 2 early firsts added to the DeMarco side for me to consider it fair. Allen>Matthews>>Demarco>>>M Jones. There is no way this deal makes sense for you. I wouldn't do that deal if he was just asking for Matthews. He is trying to gouge the crap out of you.

Also, West > Lockett. That's not a fair offer, although it is the closest to fair in that series of absurd offers. Give more if you want West (but not Matthews or Allen).
