Looking to move marshawn, will probably have to move another piece in order to add value in the trade to get what I want back
- where do you value marshawn? Assuming most teams that would want him are not in rebuild
- the piece I would add in might be alshonn, down on him (obviously); do you see the bears ever righting the ship? Considering his injury-prone history I'm just sick of it and have enough talent where if I can get a good wr I'll be fine
A guy has Amari and Yeldon - I think that's a reasonable trade off - thoughts? Not sure if I should ask for a pick back too or pick swap.

So you can get Amari and Yeldon for Lynch & Alshon?
I think Amari > Alshon, personally. Lynch for Yeldon is OK, but I'm low on Yeldon.
IMO, selling now on Lynch is selling at his lowest value. His value will increase when he's back up to full speed.
So I'd hold... but if you could do a trade Amari for Alshon straight up, do that. See if you can, anyway.
