Karlos + for Dion +

Give: Karlos/TY Montgomery/2016 3rd
Get: Dion Lewis/Devin Smith

I'm contending, but due to injuries and underperformers I'm starting to get thin with starters, especially at the RB position. Charles is my only reliable RB. Anderson has been a bust, and then I have Karlos/Jones as my upside prospect RBs. I have Karlos plugged into my lineup this week, so I could take this deal now, reject it all together, or use Karlos this week and let Lewis' bye pass then try to get this deal done next week. Any ideas?

Interesting. I know people are still skeptical of Lewis, but I'd think that his prospects of being a solid fantasy starter over the next 1-2 years is better than Karlos'. I'm not trying to talk myself into one side or the other, but is there any realistic chance of Karlos being a weekly starter if McCoy wasn't hurt? Sure his value is sky high right now, but he's probably a 7-10 carry per week RB with McCoy on the field.

As for the secondary piece, would getting ASJ in return instead of Devin Smith change your minds? I'm in much more need of a TE than I am a WR, and I've had no luck trying to trade for a productive TE.

I agree, if it was ASJ then yes. As much as I hate Belichek RB's, I think ASJ and Winston could be great together.
