Quick advice needed: Smith Sr., VJ, or Terrence

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Quick advice needed: Smith Sr., VJ, or Terrence

Postby bkardane11 » Sun Sep 20, 2015 6:55 am

With Alshon likely out today, which of those three should get the nod:

I'm hesitant to play Smith again after last week and have a good feeling about Terrence. VJ seems like my third best option. Thoughts?

Williams got 8 targets last week, so his targets might be higher but he is more of a big play guy. If Dallas keeps the game close, I think Dunbar and Beasley see most of the work. Looking back on last weeks game Ryan attempted 9 deep passes (according to NFL.com which seems to put that value around 15-20 yards) and completed 5 of them. So a pretty high conversion rate allowed by Philly and an area that Williams functions the best in. I could see starting him.

I definitely like Terrance best out of those three. I would start him

That's the way I'm leaning. Hurts me as an Eagles fan to have to start him (and Randle), but it makes too much sense.
