I think it all depends on your team. If your buying him are you ready to win it all by adding him? If you own him is he your only valuable piece to a rebuild? if your rebuilding and can add 4 1sts I'd make the trade in a second. All of those picks add either 4 young players or the flexibility to move up / down and go after other people. If your giving up all of the picks you better have a solid team that will contend for 2-3 years because if the loss of depth it will cost your team in a few years.

I would say in terms of pure value, at least 4 1st round picks. To get him for just rookies though would be a crazy good deal.
