I was offered Quick and Karlos for a 2016 2nd (should be a mid to late 2nd). I have Shady for what it is worth. On value, should I make this deal?

I'd pay a 2nd for Quick by himself. Getting Williams is a bonus.

Do it, I like Quick and young Karlos seems to have a good mix of talent and opportunity at the moment.

Not sure who your dropping to make room, that always factors in to my decision, but perhaps you have some trash that can be kicked aside with no worries.
