Where to go next with this rebuild?

I have made plenty of moves this offseason with my latest one acquiring Melvin Gordon. I was just looking to get some feedback and what I should look to do next with this team. Package players? Sit tight? Players to target? Players to get rid of? Any suggestions would be great!
I at least either need to cut 2 players by the start of the season or look to package in a trade with a 2-1

I have all my 2016 picks and an extra 1st which should be around the middle of the pack.

First of all, you need to get rid of Flacco. I would see if any of the teams in your league need QB depth and also have a young WR that'd be a slight upgrade over Dorsett. Something like Flacco + Dorsett for Perriman, DGB or Montgomery. You're also pretty weak at TE, so if that first scenario doesn't pan out, maybe make a similar offer for a young TE with upside, like Hill, L. Green, Eiffert, Errz or even Maxx.
