Kelce, 1st, 2nd for Gronk and Josh Gordon

Postby dragon » Wed Aug 12, 2015 8:11 am

This is for my team 1 in sig.

I was talking with this other owner and we came up with this trade.

I give Kelce, 2016 1st (likely late), and 2016 2nd (mid) for Josh Gordon and Gronk.

So it's basically Gronk for Kelce, a late first and a mid second. Gordon would be icing on the cake if he comes back.
This league let you put Josh Gordon in IR.

What do you guys think??

I don't think you have a team ready to take the championship step. Making this trade for you doesn't make sense for you IMO.

context: i am high on kelce, believe Gordon will be back and will retain 85-100% of his peak form.

that in mind, i would send kelce and the picks for Gronk even without gordon. certainly with.

I'd take Gronk every day at that price. Gordon is icing, especially since he can be on IR.

If you make this move, I would look to sell either ASJ or Eifert for a RB. Or maybe package a TE with L Murray to upgrade that spot.

Gronk by far. Even if you're not ready to compete that value is awesome for you.

The RBs are a little soft, but with the #1 QB, #1 TE, a top 5 WR, and 2-3 more WR 2 on the roster, he can probably piece together RB enough to contend. Yeldon can be an RB 1 for all we know, and someone else can emerge as a RB 2, or he can make a mid-season move to plug a hole (looks like he has 5 2016 1sts, plenty of ammo). Any team with Luck, AJG, and Gronk would be ready to compete, IMO. Watkins, ARob, and Keenan are pretty damn good secondary pieces as well.

Thank you for all the comments.

I have accepted the trade and it has been processed.
My team 1 in sig. has been updated.

I feel like my team is closer to contender with Gronk in my team.
I should try to upgrade my RBs now.

Good trade. Like others said even without Gordon you won this deal. The only way you lost is if Kelce becomes Gronk and that aint happening.
