Team outlook and UPDATED TRADE BELOW

Postby smmcfarl » Mon Jan 17, 2022 7:09 am

Just took over the team below...I like the WR core but other than that not much hope in my opinion. Some pieces but feel like a rebuild is needed.

12 team SF - PPR (all td's = 6pts)

Start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2 FLEX, 1SF

Lawrence, Carr, Jones
Chubb, Sanders, Sermon, J. Williams, Felton
T Hill, Chase, Higgins, Jeudy, Shenault, R. Moore, M. Jones, Hilton, Slayton
Hockenson, Higbee, J. Smith, Tremble

Picks: 2022 (1.06, 2.07, 3.06, 4.07)
2023 (1, 2, 3, 4)
2024 (1, 2, 3, 4)

Got offered this...
Give: TLaw
Get: Watson and 2024 1st (obviously a lot of risk and the pick is a ways out)

i would say no to that......first point of business is trading higgins.....no reason to have two wr from same team....get value to help w rebuild.

No to the trade and sell Chubb for a haul... if it’s a deep rebuild selling Chase could get you the most bang for your buck something like 2 1st and lamb or DK something of the sort ....

I would hold on the current deal and than shop all the pieces you are willing to move for the right price. Chubb and Sanders are must sells if you are looking long term. Chase is a huge piece to build around and Hill should have high interest league wide as well.

I see not need for you to trade Chase. He is the player to build around. You have enough of the other assets to sell off if you want to rebuild.

I like the deal for Lawrence but I would counter with a 2023 first instead. You are getting a proven stud and a valuable 2023 first. I would also shop Higgins and the RB's like the others have said.

Yeah, it’s risky, but I like this deal.

Also, I like selling Chase over Higgins from a value perspective. You could down tier at the position and get huge value. I would aim for a 23 1st plus multiple pieces.
