Swift for CMC...plus a 1st?!

So, I am a contending team (9-3) who’s just lost CMC. I do have the handcuff but even as a panther, I don’t hold out much hope for Hubbard currently.

Someone has offered me the following;

Give: CMC, Hubbard, 2023 1st (This 1st in particular is expected to be early-mid)
Receive: Swift, Jakobi, 2022 2nd (mid-late), Parham

Appreciate Swift Is out injured at the moment, but with me already Guaranteed playoffs you’d hope he’d return for the Fantasy post season, as well as having him for the next X amount of years.

I do own Cook/Mattison & Chubb as well so I’m by no means desperate. I just don’t know if it’s worth moving on from CMC now, even if the price is relatively high (or is it?!)....to get a win now piece who also helps my RB room for the future

I don’t see CMC recovering his value after this. I wouldn’t want to give up the first though.

I sold cmac in both my dynasties this week...so I am all for selling. This seems like too much. I would counter cmc and Hubbard for swift. Either way, I am keeping the first.

Couple things to ask yourself, WILL this trade help me win the title?

I am not buying and would be selling CMC everywhere, so you gain a few years of RB player in this trade which I like.

I like this trade, sure I would want to try to keep my first especially 2023 1st. Can you give your 2022 2nd and 2023 2nd instead?

If swift was healthy I'd make the move. But he's not.

With him injured it should just be CMC and Hubbard for swift.

As everyone else has mentioned, the 1st on top is a bit tough to justify with all current factors. I like the idea of getting out from CMC but this is pricey.

Take the 1st away. Either just swap 2nds or make it simple, CMC+Hubbard for Swift. Add your 2nd if needed (probably will be cause if the youth of Swift.)

CMC and Hubbard is pretty uninspiring at the moment. The round 1 will be needed to get Swift.
