Pollard v Aiyuk

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Pollard v Aiyuk

Postby Hankybro21 » Sat Nov 27, 2021 9:40 pm

Team 3. 10tm SF

The Zeke owner asked about my Pollard today. I had a look through his team and the only player that would realistically be of interest, and somewhat attainable, would be aiyuk. We are both competing, though me just losing AJB will hurt.

Thoughts on the difference between aiyuk and pollard at this time? Part of me assumes to just hold pollard for a playoff run (especially if Zeke takes a rest and backseat), but I do like aiyuk and would cash out at the right price. Current RBs (we start 2) aside from pollard are: JT CEH Javonte Damien Harris (dobbins and Carson on IR)

Thoughts? Otherwise the only other assets of note would be 2023 draft picks, assuming they would all be late

Seems like a late 1st or early 2nd would be needed on top of Pollard but I am still higher on Aiyuk. Pollard is capped as long as Zeke is still on the roster in the coming years.

Aiyuk by a roughly a 2nd for me. A little more if it’s 2022 class.

That’s what I was thinking. I have his 2023 2. I’ll send it back to him with pollard and see how it goes

Id be looking to send ; and Carson for Aiyuk. With him being a contending team, might be intriguing for him to add a depth rb piece to a contending team (hopefully he's contending next year but in most contenders' minds they're competing every year😏)

I would actually prefer Pollard short and long term, so I am in the minority
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

I'll take the Aiyuk side here, and if he came to you I'd ask for Aiyuk straight up for Pollard. Let him counter and go from there.
